- Group 1: write the “Random Acts of Service” morning announcement explaining the day
- Group 2: plan the Service Snowflake Board in the Trevian Commons and make snowflakes
- Group 3: organize lunch period sign-ups (get people to sign up and reserve and tables and bring iPads) and also applications available for Board next year.
- Group 4: gather flyers for each club
- Group 5: reserve popcorn machine
